2. Custom Orders

All products offered by MBORMC are custom-made to your specific measurements and preferences. As such:

• You are responsible for providing accurate measurements and specifications.
• We recommend reviewing our measurement guide before placing your order.
• If we have any questions about your measurements, we will contact you for clarification before production begins.
• We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect measurements provided by you.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Prices: All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Quotes: Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Deposit: A deposit of 50% is required to begin production for all custom orders. The remaining balance is due before shipping.
• Payment Methods: We accept bank wire transfer, credit card (via PayPal), and other payment methods as agreed.
• Currency: All payments must be made in the currency specified in your invoice.

4. Production and Delivery

• Lead Time: Standard production is 15–20 business days after deposit confirmation. Express service (10 days) is available at an additional cost.
• Shipping: Shipping times vary by destination and shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or other external factors.
• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, order weight, and chosen shipping method. A shipping quote will be provided with your order confirmation.
• Customs and Duties: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in your country.
• Delivery Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by you.
• Inspecting Your Order: Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If there is any damage or discrepancy, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect measurements. However, we stand behind the quality of our products.

• Manufacturing Defects: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will assess the claim and, if valid, repair or replace the product at no cost to you.
• Warranty: Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, normal wear and tear, or modification.
• Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and keep all original packaging. We will help you file a claim with the carrier.

7. Warranties and Liability

• Warranty Coverage: We warrant that our products will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery.
• Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, accidents, misuse, pets (scratching or chewing), or normal wear and tear.
• Liability: Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
• Installation: We provide installation guides and video tutorials for reference. We are not responsible for improper installation or damage caused during installation.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of MBORMC and protected by copyright laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our express written permission.
• MBORMC is a registered trademark. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is prohibited.

9. OEM/ODM Orders

• Product Design: For OEM/ODM orders, you are responsible for providing accurate designs, specifications, and branding requirements.
• Intellectual Property: You represent that you own or have the right to use any designs, logos, or branding you provide to us.
• Samples: Samples are available for approval before bulk production. Sample costs are non-refundable but may be credited toward your first bulk order.
• Confidentiality: We will keep your designs and specifications confidential and will not share them with third parties.

10. User Conduct

When using our website or services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Not use our website for any unlawful purpose.
• Not interfere with the operation of our website or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
• Not submit false or misleading inquiries or orders.
